Our special or engineering ceramic materials are developments of the latest generation and are adapted to each customer’s specific requirement.

For building and repairing kilns, kiln cars as well as superstructures for burning/sintering of products at high temperatures bricks, special shapes, boards, props, beams, rollers, burner tubes/nozzles, muffles etc. as well as cements/mortar are required.

For building and repairing kilns and thermally operated plants, products made of miscellaneous insulating materials are required for the hot-face and backing insulation as well as sealings of doors and the like.

Corrosion and wear limit the period of use of plants and machines. The use of ceramic components and coatings specially developed to prevent this happening can help to extend the period of operation, thus shortening repair and down times.

Our service is not limited to the delivery of ceramic components, but offers a number of services, calculations, installations, sourcing, know-how transfer as well as other products that might be needed.

To be able to actually produce and supply the complete portfolio, we went into partnership with several first-class companies, so that we can make use not only of our own know-how but also of the know-how of our partner companies.

Thanks to well-chosen industrial representations we were able to complete our portfolio by adding some products that had not yet been included in our delivery scope.
