We exhibited together with our partner company Carborundum Universal Ltd. from April 10th to 13th, 2018 in Hall A5, Stand 311 at Ceramitec in Munich. The exhibition has seen lots of visitors from all over the world who have shown interest in our exhibited parts.
The company hightech ceram® Dr. Steinmann und Partner GmbH is cooperating since 1994 with the company Carborundum Universal Ltd (Cumi), one of the biggest ceramic producers in the world. It started with a know-how transfer for nitride bonded carbide to India and later of high wear resistant alumina. The products produced according to our know-how are sold along with other products from our Indian partner in Europe. The production in India is based on European machiens and equipment, mainly from Germany, as well as with German and European raw materials subject to all required standards and quality principles.
The Blankenheim ceramic producer „hightech ceram“ (htc) cooperates closely with „Sirris“, a research centre for technical industrial ceramic located in Lüttich. Thanks to the special support program “EarlyTech” this cross border technology exchange is supported with a voucher of 3,000 Euro. Iris Poth, head of district economic promotion, had handed over the promotion note to Dr. Detlef Steinmann, managing director of the Bankenheim company.
